Injured List

Super sad :( I hurt my knee the other day. I'm bummed out hat I can't run but I don't want to hurt myself more. I should be able to run in the morning I hope.

  1. No!!! I'm so sorry to hear that! When you get better, start doing backward springs. Basically walking backwards with a spring in your step, I haven't had knee problems since :)
