Time 35 minutes
Distance 2.4 miles

That was too long of a break! I hope I don't get injured like that ever again. It is so hard to run, I went back to the 5th week of my plan so I can rebuild what I've lost in the last month. It feel s like the right place to start, it's hard but not so hard I need to quit. I need to stay on track now because the Shorewood Scoot will be here before I know it.
